erm thanks,may i ask? the neopets download section at the bottom of the forums...is it for any members?or members with 500 posts and above?btw do any of these hacks work on vista?

Welcome to Codex

The download system uses ranks. You can access quite a few programs just as a member, but if you want the better quality programs (Note this doesn't mean security, this means features. Member programs are just as safe) then you'll have to earn ranks around here.

Advanced is the first and easiest as you just have to reach 500 posts. After that you are required to apply for a private rank and other private members have to vote you in. Basically once you're past 500 posts you have to really get involved with the community to access the better programs.

Take a look around, post around and drop me a pm if you need anything.

Edit: Oh I forgot. Programs should work on vista, it all depends on the language they were coded in and the programmer really.
