Whats your guy's favorite band of all time?

I would have to say, something like Aerosmith or something like that.

[Cory]

Probably Nirvana

[Daniel#1]

Probably Nirvana

Damn that was quick. Good choice.

Hm...
Green Day.

[Daniel#1]

O, I also forgot Led Zeppelin.

Green Day, that bands pretty new, they haven't come out with a songs in a while though.

ffff oh man it's really hard to pick just one.
I guess I'm gonna have to go with Immortal or Darkthrone, they've been around from well into the 80s going strong with true black metal.

I've actually never heard of them, but I don't really know much hard rock bands.

Best Band: Between In Flames and Killswitch Engage
Best DJ: Syke. Impossible to pick between Tiesto, Paul Van Dyke, Arman Ban Buuren, etc.

I'd go with Tiesto.

What is this DJ, never heard of such a thing. Tiesto's the best though, others are wannabes.

Ferry Corsten is pretty good too, really like the new album.

[phalkon]

Nine Inch Nails
Depeche Mode
a-ha
Savoy
Magne Furuholmen
Anders Manga
Enya

i'm a fan of all music though, so it's really hard to narrow this down. i mean, come on, my music folder is over 210 gigs... 38,000 songs is a lot to go through

;p They're some of the pinoeers of black metal (which is a highly misunderstood genre and consequently not very popular save for mostly in europe) but according to my boyfriend who pretty much eats and breathes metal, the band Bathory is what influenced them all, I dunno i don't listen to Bathory as much so I didn't want to seem like an ignoramus and put that there, hahah

[Icey Defeat]

AC DC man. Who else?

[Oaken]

Guns n Roses

Good to see Axl back.

[pyke]

AC DC man. Who else?

Iunno man, I think they're one of the most overrated bands around.

Tiesto is pretty sick, but sometimes I think he's just over-hyped. I love his music, but I think there are quite a few other DJ's that are on or near his level.

Definitely true, basshunter is one of my favs.

[BillyMays]

red hot chili peppers when they were still on heroin and hillel slovak was alive

[Frank274]

Bullet for my Valentine (first screamo band ever listened to)

and

Rise Against (just because)

[Nick]

Band or Artist?

Favorite artist would have to be Adele, Christina, Mariah, Whitney, Tina, or Celine.

Favorite band would probably be No Doubt.

Tiesto is pretty over-hyped.
I like Deep Dish's house music.

[Hawk]

Foreigner!

[Glasadebo]

Led Zep, Between the Buried and Me, Incubus.. they're all great.

[phalkon]

Too difficult. Maybe The Magnetic Fields or Neutral Milk Hotel. Ideally I'd choose a favourite artist and go for either Jeff Buckley or Bob Dylan.

I LOVE THE MAGNETIC FIELDS!!

i've been listening to "I" a lot lately

[Kyle]

Close race between Killswitch Engage, A Skylit Drive, and In Fear and Faith.

Honorable mention though: Metallica-my first real favorite band.

[Tetiel]

I really don't have one of all time, I suppose.. I just have bands of the moment, but I've always REALLY been into Incubus and every single CD they put out, they reinvent themselves so it's like a whole new band. Plus he sounds exactly like he does live as he does on his CDs so it's not computerized shit.

But bands of the moment?

Cake, Our Lady Peace, Beck, VAST, and The Kills.
