Srsly. I've been up all night (oh, hello 6am, how lovely to see you *sigh*) writing a stupid 2500 word essay for university, due in by 10.30am today. Worse because I initially thought it was 2000 words and was then incredibly sad to discover I was wrong. Procrastination is bad. (For the record, BBC iPlayer is my worst enemy in my battle with procrastination, it's pure evil.)

BUT, despite the fact that I feel like I'm dying of tiredness/a tea&toast overdose, I'm nearly finished and I'm actually so incredibly proud of this essay. I don't think I've ever written a better essay in my entire life and if I don't get a 1st for this, there is going to be absolute hell to pay.

I should be taking a less practical course. I love writing.

Discuss pride in your work, all nighters, tea&toast overdoses, how I've obviously lost my mind if I enjoy essays about Russian nationalism in music, anything you like.

I just wrote a 2,000 word essay Tuesday night and spent the whole night doing so. Finished it 30 minutes before it was do, and I have an A in the class so I don't entirely care what I get.

Oh yeah, I can't do it with tests. It's a shame because I'm an absolute wizard at cram revising but I'm tired at the best of times and my concentration is done for if I haven't slept vaguely well the night before.

My last one was a 200 page computing documentation. Obviously that's not 200 pages of solid text, but it was still a complete documentation 1we8.gif Hated it.

I had a very light paper load this semester. Only 3 five page papers(not including the essays that will be on exams)

You guys make college seem very tough...lol. I need to sleep, I couldn't imagine trying to stay up all hours of the night. I think I'd die...or fall asleep and miss class all together.

Eh, I haven't had any all nighters yet. I feel like time runs on a different wave length at college though. At home, I want to sleep as much as possible, but here, I'm like "Oh it's only 11? I've got a good 3-4 hours of work time left!"

Well thats cool. I still need to figure out what I want to go to school for. I have a dilemma. I'm too lazy, it takes to long, or I want nothing to do with a profession...lol.

Same. I can't get motivated unless I know if I don't do it then, there will be very serious consequences. My roomie writes her essays a week or so before they are due. I wish I could do that, but it's just not me

Likewise, I just finished the last English course I ever have to take. Good riddance, it was such a waste of my time. >_<

I once stayed up for two nights writing three essays for some criminology and psych classes. I basically sat at my computer and drank re bull constantly. I had three weeks to complete these but i procrastinated. Never doing that again lol.. i started on a friday night worked on it all saturday no sleep whatsoever. and put the finishing touches on sunday night. Finished around 12 or so and woke up at 6 the next day to get to class. had three classes that day and then handed in my papers in to my teachers. it was hell. lol... and to think my exams are coming up... i got like A's on my papers so it was worth all the work in the end.
