If you believe in a god

then just

Sincerely ask him with FULL heart to guide you to the Truth ... beg him

For Allah says the he who desires guidance we shall for surly guide him.

As I've already told you, neither copying and pasting quotes nor posting videos is engaging in debate, it seems you're unable to come up with your own arguments so you have to rely on the words of others.

I hope there's something out there in the same way I hope I'll win the lotto or I hope aliens will visit. I made up my own religion because I like to write (don't judge me, look at L. Ron Hubbard) and it satisfies the spiritual side of me and because knowing that souls don't exist and there is nothing after we die is bleak. Intellectually though, no. There is nothing else.

One could argue though that there are beings on higher dimensions, like the 5th+, who created our world. They'd be like gods to us, just as ineffable. Maybe that's what any god is - a super-dimensional being that we can't perceive. There is just as much evidence for that as there is for god, but more believable since we can scientifically imagine higher dimensions!

Edit: I would like to add that I'm super anti-mainstream religion. My sister turned super hardcore christian in the last few years. She used to be a cool person, now she's paranoid, aloof, and nothing like who she used to be =/

Howso? Is this is personal disposition? I find it enabling. By some marvel of infinitesimal luck, I exist right now. I think it would be a waste to not use every day I'm alive to the fullest and live the best life I can because this is all I have and all I can really leave behind is my name... legacy... whatever you want to call it. It may seem bleak at first, but it's a really freeing experience.

Humans have a natural desire for survival, so surely if I was following my own desires, I would subscribe to an idea that promotes everlasting life.

Almost all religion is unfounded. I'm sure you can pick and choose quotes to use as evidence for it's divinity, but they're weak at best, and contentious at worst. Moreover, if there is a God, he's not just going to send all Muslims to Hell (or all Christians if you're Muslim).

And believe it or not, you can completely reject religion and still be a good person.

So let me get this straight, he is a NON-muslim, who believes in the Qur'an.
But this is much better than quoting out of the Qur'an.
Edit: This NON-Muslim scientists directs inquries to an essay by Basim Musallam on this topic.

    But for clarification:
    http://www.bible.ca/...-embryology.htm

...early Muslim doctors, like Ibn-Qayyim, were first to blow the whistle when they saw the Koranic material, mirrored a Greek doctor named Galen, who lived of 150 AD. In 1983 Basim Musallam, Director of the Centre of Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Cambridge concluded, "The stages of development which the Qur'an and Hadith established for believers agreed perfectly with Galen's scientific account....There is no doubt that medieval thought appreciated this agreement between the Qur'an and Galen, for Arabic science employed the same Qur'anic terms to describe the Galenic stages...

i believe in god. i'm not going to toss around supposed evidence that he exists. it's called having "faith" for a reason.
but just quietly, nugget111; stop preaching your crap. if you believe in your god/ faith, good for you. why do you feel a need to convince or convert others?

    2. isnt this the section where u CAN talk about stuff like this?

    3. people like to debate here. .. and i wished to see what they could throw at me

    and Last

Islam is beautiful religion and would love to make it clear for the people due to all the misconceptions running around on TV etc

i give the people here first hand chance to talk to a REAL muslim and get whatever they have inside them about Islam Cleared.

One line break is plenty. Using more, and irregularly, makes your shit a lot harder to read.
I say "shit" because, as has been pointed out to you already, you're not debating, you're preaching.

    And badly, at that.
