It looks like a good movie on it's own. But it doesn't really remind me of Dragonball too much.

They should never make anime into live action 
They always looks so terrible!

I'm pretty sure they both did well at the box office (so neither of them were THAT bad) and personally I think Snakes on a Plane was awesome.
Omfg why is Chow Yun Fat in this movie
. Cow Yun Fat is great....but I prefer him in other types of movies.

It depends which Piccolo it is. In the video you posted, I'm pretty sure that's Piccolo Jr. Which was made after King Piccolo was killed by Goku. King Piccolo spit out an egg after he died and he was reincarnated to Piccolo Jr., which is the Piccolo that we see in DBZ+.
Judging by the movie, I think that's King Piccolo.

DragonBall Z will always suck. Who wants to watch some guy flexing his muscles SO much that veins are popping out and yelling "ARGGGGGGGGGGGG!" for thirty minutes?
