My times correlate to real scores. You can always increase the times to suit your fancy, though.

'COMDLG32.OCX: a fie is missing or invalid' that's what is says when I run the SS.
I already tried redownloading and reinstalling but it didin't helped , can somebody help me please ?
I tried comptability al necessary files were in the same folder.

How Do I Use the Score Sender?

First off, you're going to need the VB6runtime files and a standard assortment of .ocx files and the like, so Isuggest sticking the Score Sender program in the same folder as the rest of your NeoCodex programs. I can't remember the odd files that were needed to runthis program specifically, but you should be able to find them and slap them into the folder, right?

VB6 runtime files can be downloaded from here:

If you've put the ocx file in the same folder as the score sender, and installed the VB6 runtime files, that error should not occur.

I'm using the beta and I'm still pretty sure that I don't get any NP from a sent score

I've downloaded everything twice . So I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything . But I'll try oncee again.

COMDLG32.OCX, that errors is stilloccuring, I'll tell what I do .
1: I donwload the SS ( SS prog + flare prog)
2: I put the progs in teh neocodex folder
3: i download the vb6 files and install it in the neocodex folder
4: error occures when I start the SS prog

Here's your problem. You UNZIPPED it to the Neocodex folder. You then have to run the unzipped file. That installs the runtime files.

So I got a new computer, trying to install SSer.



I downloaded all the 4 OCX files, I installed Python files, and installed VB6 stuff.

I keep getting "Failed to load ProgBar from . Your version may be outdated ..." blah blah.

I am trying to use the Beta SSer and I'm on a Win7 64bit comp.

EDIT: Also, I forgot to mention, the uploader thing in the scoresender folder works just fine, it's just the SSer it's self.

Help?

you can get frozen for using any of the scoresenders, as well as any of the programs offered here on this site, just the way it is

The "wait time" in this score sender, is that supposed to be the time between loading the game and sending the score, or between starting the game and sending the score?

At what point does Neopets start to record your time?

Time between load and send. If you say "2 hours" then that allows time for mistakes and reattempts.

I downloaded version 4.6.3 and the OCX files needed for it plus the VB6 files but when I try to run it it says Project1 has stopped working and closes. I also tried it on the beta version but it still didn't work.

So.. I did something silly and forgot to update the encryption before playing attack of the slorgs three times...

I came back to see it said "Error sending score" three times, and when I checked my account, there were 0/3 scores entered for that game.

Tell me that I'm not at risk for freezing because there are no scores entered?

Attack of the Slorgs is Shockwave. Those scores wouldn't have sent anyway.
