Inspiration from various interfaces based off of pieces of cars.

The darkened bit at the bottom is where the forum stats go although I wont be leaving it plan like that.

One of our future plans is to develop a Neopets skin for Neocodex. Do you think you would be able to try something out?

I can definitely help. I am real experienced with CSS.

Right now the only person that is on the team for it is me. If you can join and take lead that would be awesome. I'm just so busy converting ipb 2 mods I have no time to start this.

It's good but it look "cheap" if you know what I'm getting at.
Concept is good, just the execution might need some polishing to make
everything look consistent and actually together.
