Load up the progam. Use your neocodex account information to login to the first "login" then use your neopets information and then you should be able to go from there. Like dro says though if you can specify your exact problem we can help out more

Settings--> Login Settings-> Enter your login info and press log in
Then Click Load Items from Shop
Then Click Unpriced if you are autopricing things you just rsed/abed
Then Click Price all items
Let it do its thang
Then click save prices to shop
Then Click Load Items from Shop

on Mumei's Codex Chex screen login with your NEOCODEX UsERNAME AND PASSWORD
