Just to let you guys know that you can only hand out three reps to a user per day . Or it could be three reps total. I forget and am too lazy to check .

This used to be an option, but the system got abused, so it got taken away and replaced with a positive only system. This system can be overridden by the mods if people get out of hand with the +repping, but there's no real use for it in place, so it hasn't really been an issue
