Then why does it seem like the times are off. The kad feeding board has times that are correct, and the kad feeder doesn't always have those times.

No need. Chances of getting frozen for feeding Kads is really slim. I dont think anyone was been banned for using a kad feeder.

No, the programmers are working to remake all of the programs that were removed.

Oh wow, I hope the program returns soon :'). I legit fed 75 but it took me a few months. Now I want to do it on one of my shells :'(.

Recently got back into playing neopets... this was one of my favorite programs. I need to make my account look legit first before starting to ab r99's and I was looking for the things I could do while I wait until my account is of age. I was hoping this program was up and running again but I can wait a little longer

Conflicts within the programming staff resulted in it being removed by the author of it (along with all of the programs he created).

 

Also, to answer the question on whether or not this will be coming back, I doubt it. Not this version anyway. The guys on the team might look into it in the distant future, but I don't see it happening any time soon.
