In a recent newsletter that is being sent out by TNT, a possible plot titled Atlas of the Ancients is discussed under "site events" and is scheduled to start on October 15th. Be sure to check back here at the Daily Neopets for all the up-to-date information!

Nah, I didn't like Tale of Woe as much as the other ones, I actually lean towards the Curse of Maraqua plot, which had both Warriors and Supporters, giving people who don't have the Neopoints for a set or a decent pet to use a chance to participate in the War as well. Although, since I was a supporter on a side account, I can say there wasn't very much to do, but still, it was still something you could do for points and Prizes.

TNT really should perfect and bring back that system if they do a War with a plot, but only if the War has a significant affect on the plot, we wouldn't want some mini-plot like "Journey to the Lost Isle" and waste it.

We might have to produce an autofighter right away of there is going to be a BD part. Will it be 1 player, or 2 player BD though? What are plots normally?

It's always 1 Player BD fights, they just set up waves for us to farm points with, which I'm pretty sure will all have caps after a set amount of kills if TNT keeps the streak up.

No quests yet, but the FAQ indicates we'll be puzzling, rather than battling. (I expect there will be some BD too, though)

On the third page of the comic, click on the centre top panel to recieve an "Ancient Map of Neopia". It will also now show up under the "quests" section of the main aota page.

Might be important in the future

This sounds interesting. I've been around when plots were going on but never participated in one. If my account is only 2 days old do I have the same chance at completing at as anyone else or am I at a huge disadvantage? I know you guys probably don't know much about this specific plot but I'm just curious just in case it's similar to previous ones.
