Have any of y'all completed a WC map? I know the prize is like 2k and some random item, but I also heard you can get really nifty PB from them. Those of you who've done them (especially more than one), do you feel like they're worth completing? Especially if you suck at games and would probably have to buy all of them? XD

Alternatively, if you decided to do a WC and tried to use a scoresender, is the risk of being caught and frozen higher? So is it worth it to try to get WC map pieces that way?

Most of the individual map pieces are like only 10k right? But know that each map is like 20 pieces, so that's still like 200k-250k at least per map. How much are the regular maps these days? Has anyone done one recently and was it worth it? XD I did them back in like '01 or '02 and I can't remember if it was worth it back then either.

Really? What are the prizes generally for Nerkmids? There seem to be a higher rate of getting something decent from the WC maps. What were value of the items you got?

If that's the case, then might as well play Nerkmids. They're about the same price and much less work to get.

It depends on how far you are willing to go with WC.

Scoresending every day is always tricky... that said, I successfully made it through 2 successful completions of each map before the account bit the dust.

Proceed at your own risk.

Maybe consider buying up map 1 so you can jump right into map 2?

Well, if I did it, I'd probably do it on a new account instead of my main one. I tend to tread on the side of careful anyway.

Unfortunately, everything I got was buyable, but when you're working that long on something (instead of a 1-and-done nerkmid)... it still feels nice to get that reward.

Yeah, I just popped in a (my first, one, and only) Nerkmid and it was a 200k loss.

I guess it doesn't bother me that much since I have Abrosia now but I still wish I got something awesome like a PB. ): *wants a faerie pb so much*

From my findings (over 10 times), Tyrannia 1-3 is the best map to do if you want to make money... If you buy from a dealer, it costs ~ 1.7 m for the three, and you can probably get it to 1.45-1.6 if you use SW. I find that the avg of the PBs I get add up to 1.9, which is 200k from dealer and even more from SW... It's also the map that I find to be the least probability to lose big, seeing as from my studies and other map dealer's statistics, the Tyrannia 3 map alone averages a prize of over 900k.

Ever since they got rid of the "top" PBs, and made LDPB the best you can get, WC Maps have gone down in demand, and it's a shame... But if you're looking to gamble and have the highest chance at making your money back and possibly more, do Tyrannia 1-3.

*disclaimer*: Doing a WC level 1 map just bc it's cheaper does not make it a good gamble... If you get a PB worth over 100k on WC1, consider it a good map and move on... Level 2 there are some worthwhile prizes, a few over 1m (Usuki PB, Fire PB, perhaps Hallo PB) and if you get over 600k you are in great shape, and then Lv3 is the big boy, as I said, over 900k average.

Random events and Nerkmids... I haven't done a single key quest, but I heard they give PBs? Maybe TCGs also?

The best PB you get with KQ is Tyranian .-.
And I've never heard of someone getting TCGs o.õ

You can only get PBs with gold keys on KQ, and it's still pretty rare. I haven't gotten one yet. They're also super deflated because they're easier to get now.

Anyone know if there's a seasonal KQ item list? Those are all the standard items, but they add lots of extra things during the holidays and new map releases.
