Easiest way is a pound adopter that can search by sickness. Or F-neggs but those can be costly only use those if you really want the +str as well.

I didn't even think of this. Thank you for the suggestion. I've just been spinning the wheels and hoping for the best.

Same. Actually I got it once, but I was spinning the WoE at about the same time and got healed.

The wheels are very unreliable, the sickness is random. To be honest you'd be better just refreshing or auto buying you'd most likely get the sickness faster.
