Hi guys i'm 18 years old and have been bodybuilding since i was 16. I know just about everything about bodybuilding and fitness (diet, training, supplementation, etc). I've bulked for about year and half which turned me into a total fatty as you can see by the pics ive also managed to cut down a massive amount simply through dieting i don't believe in cardio :p I'm still cutting and so far have managed to lost 25lbs simply dieting properly and weight training. As stated in my title i will be taking a shot at competing in about a year or so (need to fix certain bodyparts :p) Lastly it will be in a natural league so there wont be any unhuman like physiques (shows will be rigously tested for steroids). So ask my about ANYTHING im here to help people with their goals since the fitness/bodybuiling industry is pretty difficult to understand properly. hopefully i inspire someone to live a healthier life :D

Lets keep it mature and interesting :D

edit: added the pics so people can see some reliability in my advice and for inspiration purposes :D

I know just about everything about bodybuilding and fitness.

Pfff I was a fitness instructor for 3 years and from experience I can tell you that you can't know anywhere near 'everything' about bodybuilding and fitness. It all changes very quickly...one minute you should do an exercise or diet a certain way but next it is bad for your back or your long term health.

Nice gains though, I'm sure you feel better for it.

Nice. I used to compete myself, and did some powerlifting as well. I still train, but just don't feel the urge to compete anymore.

Your physique isn't too bad. Needs a good deal of work before you stand a chance at a pro card, but your only 18, so there isn't anything wrong with that. Takes time.

Is your current physique the leanest you've been before? And give height/weight. And post with more poses like back lat spread, front ab isolation, and front lat spread.

    EDIT: And Side tricep.

Your right but what works always stay the same. Eat big, compound exercises, get plenty of sleep, etc are what work and never changes. The bigger picture always stays the same but details here and there do change. Thank you for your compliment and yes i feel like a whole new person :).

    You dont look that built...

Alright if that's your opinion i respect that. I will just continue to improve and do what i can.

You sir are absolutely correct in these pics i am no where near ready hence why i am a year out. I am no where near where i need to be in terms of leanness. Height 5'6 168lbs. I did not intend to post the pics to get a sum of up if im ready for the show or not. I simply posted them in hopes it will show people my advice as some validity and i have experience.

It's the internet. We all sippin hatoraid.

On a side note. You won't gain credibility by acting like a know it all. Especially to this community full of nerds. There are a surprising number of people with a good knowledge of fitness. So your post looks kinda comical.

I didn't mean to come off as a know it all i just wanted to show people i have some credibility rather then just make a post with no proof when i could be a overweight nerd trying to look cool on the other side of the screen. I just recently came back to the community so i'm not sure what the level of fitness understanding on this forum really is. I assure you though a lot of people think they understand fitness when in realty the believe in misconceptions from what i've noticed. Just trying to help if this post for some reason offends people i will request it be deleted. dont wanna hurt anyones ego just trying to pass some advice and activity to the forum.

strong back man. You could definitely offer some advice to us all. What was your back routine like and diet? Also how did you run your cycle test-e w/dianabol + pct? or was it a bit more advanced like deca?

T + Equipoise are the main parts. I also have Clen while on it. I get my blood tested weekly while on cycle to ensure everything stays good. Its my first time using Equipoise.

My diet is very high protein, medium fat, low carbs. (When cutting). On bulk its High Protein, Medium Carbs, low fat. When cutting I cycle the carbs in once a week or so.

Workouts are always different. Depends on what I wanna do that day. I hit each bodypart twice a week. I do cardio.

EDIT: "Troll is right lol " Now you have to post pics brah.

    Power Clean FTW
(though if you do it right it shouldn't stress your back to much, but hardly anyone does em correctly)

Although i don't have extensive knowledge of anabolic s due to me working on things naturally id say looks solid man as long as you had a solid PCT you should of been fine. My diet is also very similar although i dont train a part 2x a week but your on steroids so its fine for you.

Hyperextensions are a pretty solid. Make sure to lift strictly with your lowerback muscles and not swing. you should feel a fantastic pump in your lower back :D
