Try throwing in food, chocolate, and/or bakery. Do you remember approximately how long you waited to refresh when you restocked legit? I would assume faster than 7 but varied, so it might just have to do with the shops your in.

Yes, you need to browse shops that have comparatively high population but lower profit....

I think they have a certain way though. I want to find out if people have been frozen at certain times. For me, twice, it's been when they've given out mystery picture items. I've done these times in Spooky food I'm just thinking it's a time-issue maybe? :o

What store do you AB at though? High-traffic or low?

There isnt any system to it. They flag your account, and then ban you whenever they want.

I refreshed every 5 seconds exactly and sad to say back then I was SITTING in my chair for 5-6 hours taking mini breaks only for bathroom or to eat. As MUCH as I want to go back to doing that, I think i'll stick with AB. Thank you all for helping, I will try to do a more variety of shops, and I think i'm going to decrease the time I AB perhaps.

I still am confused though, I'm seeing that people leave their AB's on for 8+ hours in different intervals?

So refresh time about 10 - 30 & MS Pre-haggle time should be 2-3 seconds?

    OCR time is default (1.0 - 1.4)

I wonder, do you think they're observing my IP now that they've banned two of my accounts?

First one was more then 10 years (One of the first).

The other I think it was 3 years, but it might have been brand new.

Yes. My first one is 10 years that got iced, and my second one was 36 months. Still have some old accounts ;), but not as big as 10 though.

Based upon the fact that he knew it was going to happen, I would say he did something stupid to get himself frozen.

We have over 200 people a day that use Abrosia, and very very few reported freezingings. (Annabeth is our fourth)

My friends been using a Aber for about 5 months, he only restocks in magic, and after each restock he makes, he goes onto neo and into the shop and refreshes until it stocks, and makes sure to miss it a few times, then opens up the aber, restocks another item, and keep that going on. He hasn't been iced yet, I have no idea if this method actually lowers your chance of being iced, but it seems to have worked for him so far.

Out of the number of people who have been using it the numbers frozen are very low so far. Unfortunately we also don't know which shops they were buying in, any other programs they might have been using or any other activities which are against the Neopets rules which they might have been doing so it's impossible to tell if it was Abrosia which they were iced for. :/

It's been said in other ways in this thread, but it also comes down to the other activities that you take part in on that account, Yes I AB from between 3-5 hours a day, but I also play many of the PHP games (well the AP do) and many of the flash games, Keyquest, collect avatar, do the quests, etc.. I don't just AB and it is mixed up throughout the day so that very littles (other than dailies) happen at the same time.

The other thing is that I simply let Abrosia surf through all of the shops rather than concentrating on just a few. I think that even if you where not using an AB and continually hammered only the high profit shops the SS (Posted Image) at TNT would freeze you anyway.

I feel sad too, considering it could have been one of the most famous accounts, who knows! ;). It's fine though, Unfortunatley I didn't cheat on that account but hey, we all do this out of risk. And i'm already half way rebuilding and it's only been a week and a half. Just have to not get caught!

I'm so sad for you annabeth! to loose a 10years old acc must be horrible. but I like the way you deal with this situation.

I only want to say that two of my best NF got iced by legit restocking. both got a draik egg and have been frozen after that. I think TNT simply likes freezing atm. and there are some new supporters (in germany) who seem to freeze everyone they suspect...

So for specific shops though, I guess it means that in order to restock in "high-risk" shops I have to cut it down to an hour at a time? Because I don't know what shops you're going for... not sure what "low-risk" shops are :(

Instead of cutting it down an hour, you could consider weekend ABing. This is simply ABing the highrisk shops on weekends, sending through various account chains, then self icing anything that you feel needs to self ice (IMPORTANT: the acct that bought it)

You would do this with a disposable 3+ month account, commonly called a 'shell'
