Yea a restocking ban means you can't restock at the main shops, the time varies on each ban though. It could be anywhere from an hour to one day.

been playing for 8 years but never did buy from shops cause slow internet connection (made money back in the day trading/selling hypno helms and getting cove items. Mystical fish lobber anyone?)

When Hypno Helm is r98, can be rs'd from Space Armor and 1.5 mil pures = auto.
You should adjust your refresh rate or give it a rest somewhere.
