I don't think I would be embarrassed by either, but I would have to say having someone walk in on you would be annoying.

I've had both happen to me. Walking in on someone I think is worse. I actually wasn't embarrassed at all when someone walked in on me, just annoyed that the door lock was apparently broken.

I would have to say being walked in on. I don't want people seeing/hearing/smelling my business. Plus, I would never walk in on anyone, I'm very careful about that.
