Why would they cap it? Afraid someone can have too much lol. Someone should just ask munsterpoo and you will most likely get an accurate answer.

1B is a little fishy considering we still don't have confirmation on what it does. My guess is it's incredibly weak and he knows the value will plummet. SuAP is about 1B and there are more than 1 out there.

The current best weapon in Neopia is probably the DSOD given to Featheralley at the end of the Meridell vs Darigan War. She then sold it to someone who has it in his gallery, although the current owner was last seen "A long long time ago".

So, most likely no one will ever get to use it again.
