Also a good idea to put a price that's lower than the rest of the TP. You want the haggler haggling/offering with you and not someone else.
Sometimes, I don't put up a price and people nm to ask...this is when you know they are sincerely interested in the item instead. Other times, when someone offers a bit lower, its usually easier, imo, to ask to add a few more k's then just plain asking them to place the whole amount...

"200k, lowest on TP"
than the person who says
"Lowest on TP"
I need someone who can make up their damn mind about whether or not I'm going to receive the item.

I just try to think like I think when I'm searching the Trading Post. I'm more likely to go with the person who says
"200k, lowest on TP"
than the person who says
"Lowest on TP"
I need someone who can make up their damn mind about whether or not I'm going to receive the item.
If both people had those postings, then you can just email the guy on the bottom and ask for the price....if it's not lower than the lowest on tp, then stick with above guy.

Personally I use:I am an advanced member now, and I am trying to figure out the best settings to AB with. Any ideas?
General wait: 7 to 12 seconds
Pre-haggle: 0.3-0.5 seconds
OCR Wait: 1.0 - 1.4 seconds
I also set it to cycle between 8 or 9 shops (never just one!).

Everyone has their own settings due to personal taste.. i had to play around with it awhile to find mine.
It's not safe if everyone starts using the same settings.

Yea, in far greater amounts though, in comparison to the same profit you would have made if you can restock profitable r90s above.
what are r90's and all that stuff?????????

r stands for rarity...usually high rarity items sell for a lot more than less rare items in the main shops but they often result in high profits as a result

reminds me of when I first found this site and I ran every program (except AB - confused me at first) at the same time not thinking about what TNT would see or think. I'm shocked I didn't get iced right then.
I'm not sure if tnt sees the ab any different then manual RSing. Since its common for RSers to RS in more than one shop at the same time I assume I'm sorta safe as long as I a) stay out of dangerous stores (magic, cards, stamps et all) b) I don't RS everyday like that. I also stop RSing once I get an UB. Oddly I only get RSbanned once a week if that.
Now if I were to open 3 ab windows, ab in the same store with all 3, keep the refresh rate at the same time for each ab window AND ab in say the magic shop for morph potions AND set my profit window to at least 5k and up yeah then it would be Ice Ice Baby time automatically.

wow... thats some low pre-haggle time.. isn't dangerous?
seems pretty impossible for a human

I don't think I could physically pre-haggle under .5 of a second even when i get advanced it'll stay around the 1.0 mark maybe .7 as my lowest.

the only reason I wouldn't run the program on 2 shops at a time would be because what happens when your abrosia buys two items at the same time? I used to rs in 2-3 shops at once but you can only buy in one at a time. Also the rs ban comes really fast if you do 2-3 shops at once.

Well I think it also depends on how fast is your connection too.
I think default is ok already.
Also low refresh times = quite fast rs bans for me

Wait, why would anyone go in two shops at once? That's just asking for a sentence to Greenland, not to mention it's impossible for the program to do that, unless you mean visiting other shops.the only reason I wouldn't run the program on 2 shops at a time would be because what happens when your abrosia buys two items at the same time? Though, who would sit in a single shop for hours at a time, for days on end?

I just mean for the program since you can open one and then another if you have it running in 2 different shops and it tries to buy something .5 seconds after you just purchased something in another shop it'll be suspicious. Its basically like haggling on 2 items at once?

I used to ab in chocolate/bakery at the same time and alternating between the two refreshing every 4-5 seconds then go to the other. You usually catch both refreshes. Manually I would make an easy 100k but then you will end up rs banned after an hour or 2.

with the settings I use (trade secret I won't give out
I manually rs in 3 shops at the same time and TNT has a history of it. I dunno.. it seems to work so far. Would I suggest it for others .. never. I don't want anyone iced over it. I don't mind the risk ..

Something i'd love to see.
If possible could the scheduler have a scroll down bar and add more specific times to allow like down to the quarter hour or possible 5 min? I love using the scheduler but I wonder if it is bad that I always stop ont he hour and start on the hour. I know some people actually do that so that they know how long they have been rsing for but..i'm not that prudent.(sorry if this is in the advanced settings)
