I'm interested in hearing what other people like to do. =D or we can just chat. Sometimes just talking helps de-stress as well. ^_^

Working relieves stress for me. It's strange. I think it's because when I finish any job, the sense of accomplishment makes me feel most excellent.

But what about stress coming from studying...doing stuff that have no material outcomes?

Do something intense like working out or do the opposite and watch tv/read a book/play a game.

I like to take my dog out and go for a run. I average about 2 miles. My dog is lazy and will only do about 1 mile with me, then I have to drop him back off at home before I go for the 2nd mile.
On my lazy days I like to emerse myself with video games.

I just get high, but that doesn't mean it works for you.

Also, I feel like a car/bus ride really calms me down and gives me a feeling that says "I got nothing to do, all I gotta do is sit down and have this driver drive me to my location... where ever that may be."
    It's good.
