I'll get somebody to check that, they shouldn't be able to.

if he is the first and hes unvalidated its probably not true, or he tried using it every day, or on multiple accounts on the same ip. Ive used it on many accoutns with different proxies and fine.
Same. I have yet to be frozen for this program.

No program is ever guaranteed safe.
You can get frozen for not even using programs. It's a matter of using them safely. I use neopoints generators maybe twocei a week and nothing happens. My autobuyer whenever it goes rs ban i stop for a day and a half or so. I haven't had a problem.
They are very safe if you're just as safe and not reckless.
Granted, i know for a fact when you're validating you can't use programs. That probably means someone is sending programs to other people who aren't part of neocodex.

Okay... I don't see what this has to do with my post at all. Sorry.
Of course I know it depends on how you use the program, but even though. As soon as you start the program you should know there is the chance of being frozen. It doesn't matter how safe they are because obviously we had a chain freeze go on about a week ago, right?

Its guaranteed safe because TNT does have any checks on the pages they visit. If they started logging user visits to the page, I wont guarantee it. Until then. I'm guaranteeing it.

I only used it for a week and I got frozen I am so mad. It said it was guaranteed safe more like guaranteed to get frozen.
Too bad, so sad.

first time I've heard of a guarantee safe prog, but that's awesome. It does say that it doesn't do anything that a person couldn't but also with the caveat that it is not responsible for a freeze.

I feel like I've seen that, like a download-able or a torrent file or something. But it shouldn't matter should it? Because you need to have a neocodex account to get into the program even after it's downloaded.

^ And that's why he's digging up old topics... He's a new member catching up on what has passed. Maybe he didn't notice the date, or maybe he just wanted to ask, or maybe he just wanted to post his 2 cents to feel like he's becoming part of the community.
