Have you ever sent a mail/ a complain to Neopets? I wonder how long have you waited for their replies?

I called Heather T. a nazi which yielded an abrasive reply, if that helps.

For frozen inquiries, I usually receive replies within 1-3 days.

Depends on what you are complaining on. I know the AoTA plot had a lot of complaints made, because of the trophy/prizes that were awarded. I was taken care of the same day I sent the report in.

All my other complaints have basically went unanswered.

I sent a lot of emails (both to the generic email and direct emails) trying to get a self-iced account unfrozen and didn't get a single reply

i once sent a useless appeal and got back an automated reply in 2 days

I get the automated replies in about 3 days. I used to be able to reply to the reply and get the exact same automated reply back but now none of my replies get delivered (e-mail gets returned with an error). I really wish I can spam them right now.

Oh man, I've dealt with that harpy. She was no help at all and kept hinting to leave her the fuck alone. And my problem didn't even get solved.

I did ask about getting a BD for an old account back and received a helpful (if indifferent) reply the next day.

What are those automatic replies? Can they solve your problem?

I have sent neopets a mail coz my password problem, will I get reply?

don't spam report. i tried that once. got 50 automated emails

Well i complained about the NC price about a week or 2 ago and got the reply about 4 days later:

yeah their help is nonexistent. That is the thing that sucks about a site aimed at children. They do not take you seriously and do not provide the support a older group focused game would. For me to get auto replies took about 3 days for a real one at least a week.

I have to say, in their defense, a lot of people act 12 when contacting them too, all stompy feet and temper tantrums and wanting their candy NAO!!! Still no reason to treat adults like pertulant children, but I wouldn't want their job.
