Brand recognition is only one portion of the equation.
The next part is getting me to their site.
And the part after that is profiting from me.
And they are a failure in both those departments.

Quantcast and Alexa seem to suggest that they're doing pretty well though so while you and I may not have given them any money it seems quite a few other people may have.
