Or can they just chain freeze your accounts, but still have to let you start again if you want to?

    When will they do that?
Because I've had 5 accounts chain frozen and they never gave a warning or anything.

For serious continuation of cheating, and since you are their site and agreed to their terms and policies they do not have to warn you about anything they are doing to your account(s).

Generally, only an actual hacker will get IP banned; someone who uses exploits on the site, rather than just using automators like we provide.

I've had maybe 15 accounts frozen and I'm still doing fine with IP ness :p. I only SS'd and AB'd though, so I never scammed or hacked. You should be fine as long as you don't cheat someone else from their NP/items

Well, maybe using the same IP over and over is why you've had 15 accounts banned. Just saying.

When your IP banned, you can't login to any account.

Proxy also solves this problem. i imagine you have to do something really serious to get ip banned.
