I have 3 problems in total

*1: I can't access to the MIAN SITE of neopets in this week. I tried to refresh it, but it still said the site isn't work at this moment. Would it be IP banned? If not what can I solve the problem?

*2: I tried to use an Proxy Switcher, I found it works again( but slow). Then I use the NEOCODEX GENERATOR, it works fine(it can detect my username in Neopets and successfully begin and finish generating neopoints), but I can't receive any point when I re-log in Neopets. What happened? ( I can generate poins successfully before I can't access to Neopets Main Site)

*3: Should I enter my new IP in the NEOCODEX GENERATOR though I has switched my proxy?

Could possibly be an IP ban, don't know the full works about that.

Though, if you took the time to read the Generator thread, you'd see that people have been having problems with it themselves and would've seen what the problem was and wouldn't have to waste your time asking here.

Yep sounds like an IP ban

Find a good proxy and use it on all your programmes and your IE and you should be able to acess as usual.
