Statuses is one thing, items is a different thing. Why would it not be surprising?
Have you seen multiple items in shops with numbers in it?

Iargue had nothing to do with the Item DB or Abrosia so it's fine.
The database is designed to fix item names whenever Neopets gets around to fixing them on their side anyway.

There use to be an mmo in the 90's (I forgot its name) that had mobs to kill called 1337s. When you hit them they would say stuff like "Oh Noes!!1!1".
