I got RS Banned for the second day in a row, my refresh settings are low too, hmm.

What do YOU do when RS Banned?
Make awesome GIFS? Listen to music?

I never run abrosia hardly ever when I'm home so it switches back and forth automatically. I never have that boredom problem but since I switched my settings I haven't gotten rs banned

Some people don't want to have settings like 30-12093756248572364 second refresh times.

Anyways, I don't do anything different I only AB and train, half the time I don't even realize I was banned until after it finishes up.

I don't transfer straight away. I keep restocking / selling until you hit a nice number, say 1.7 million.
Then you buy something ETS like a FQD and transfer that over while keeping 250k in your account to restock with for next time.

TNT only see it as one item being sent every now and then not mass neopoints going back and forth between an account.

I'm pretty sure my setting are fine.

My wait is 8 - 9.5 seconds.

And I havent tried Abrosia on a proxied side, it just seems like I wouldnt catch anything.
I guess I should try that though

I'm yet to get iced using a method like this. I don't always go for a FQD either. Mix it up with a few paintbrushes or something like that.

I've never tried this but just thinking now.. Maybe with the ETS items NF auction them for > 24 hours for 1np and then add your main account as a buddy. that would look hella suss though unless your side looks like a main.
