Hrm...Do you have portal on? Or certain types of adblock on? Click on the quest at the place first?

Everyone I talked to said it worked..but I dont know, maybe someone else can help.

OK, I know exactly what I want. I need a Petpet that can get around the Festival easily, so it has to be agile. And sometimes I work until all hours, so make sure he can still be helpful when it's dark. One more thing: make sure he doesn't make too much of a mess. I have enough to worry about around here without having to clean up goo.

go to spooky petpet shop in haunted woods and you get this pop up:

Hmmm, from your description, it sounds like Kari is looking for a glowing Slymook. They make wonderful Petpets once they are trained, which is maybe why they are so very rare. I don't often have them in stock, but maybe you will have good luck finding a wild one in the Haunted Woods. You could try catching one. Here, take this food. It might help

• After accepting the quest, go to Spooky Petpets to receive the Bag of Slymook Food.
• Next, start looking around the Haunted Woods until you finally find the Glowing Slymook. When you find it, read the clue, click the link at the end of the message.
• When on the Haunted Woods map (via clicking the link), search for the glowing slymook (you have to find him 5 times in a row before you will receive the next clue). You can hit Keep Looking to refresh the map. Here is a great petpage showing his potential locations.
• After finding it 5 times, head to play Carnival of Terror, sending a score of at least 300 points!
• Once you've completed that, head over to the Esophagor.
• The Crumpet Monger in Neovia is your next stop. Click on the Cinnamon and Sugar Scone for the next clue. Once you've got that, return back to Esophagor.
• Next, visit the Brain Tree, clicking link that says "this puzzle" in his clue. Complete the puzzle and then head to Kari to collect your prize!

I've seen reports that it could be anywhere, but the only place I've seen verified is http://www.neopets.c.../costumes.phtml
I refreshed at costumes for a while, didn't see it, wandered around Haunted Woods, then went to the costumes again and found it.

4. Once you find it, click the link. You'll be looking for the Glowing Symook in a map of Haunted Woods. Trust me, this is one of the most annoying parts.

Part 3 is hanging me up. I went to all the damned links in haunted woodes, deserted fair grounds and the gypsy camp no stupid petpet..

According to the boards, refresh at every place in the haunted woods, then return to the halloween paint brushes. It'll always be there, but you have to refresh everywhere else first?

and I better get something good at the end... these quests suck.

For those of you visiting the Haunted Woods links, make sure you visit everything in Neovia and Deserted Fairground, only THEN visit costumes. If this doesn't work, play a game of Fetch, then visit costumes again. It doesn't matter whether you win or lose the game. This is the only way I got it to work.

finally got it. the hat is kind of cute but it doesn't really match either of my pets. welp, to the shop it goes i guess!
