Draiks cannot be acquired by the lab ray.

Actually they can..but the probability of getting one from the lab ray is like almost nil.

The Editorial said once that there "are some species that can't be obtained from the Lab Ray." Every other species has already been obtained often via lab ray, so that leaves... yeah...

On the other hand, it's the Editorial. They mess up a lot. Take it as you will.

Yes, you can..but like the Draik the chances are small..probably less than .5% or whatever..It's probably easier just to buy the pet. or restock one tomorrow..Since at least 5 petpets/potions should be released.

I had a mutant draik once, they're awesome xD(I got one transmog potion randomly lol and ABed a krawk potion, like at the same time. I got frozen some months later, because I kinda did shit lol, else I would still have them. Krawk became darigan with royal clothes... beh )

A: Yes, the Lab Ray can turn your Neopet into a restricted or limited edition Neopet. There are a few colours that are not available from the Lab Ray, such as Usuki, Plushie, Baby, Pirate, and Royal.

Apparently this was printed in the times. It's from a petpage. I assume that it is what you are referring to. It says that some colors are not attainable but is vague about species. However, I don't think I have ever heard of anyone getting a draik/krawk from the lab.

I'm pretty sure Ive read somewhere that Limited Edition pets can be produced from lab zaps but not Restricted ones..Ill post the source when I find it again.

That is not what I was referring to actually. It was a direct question about whether Krawks and Draiks are available from the Lab Ray, and they dodged it by saying "lolz well some pets aren't available but we won't say anything more! wink wink."

A: Just as not all paint colours are available from the Lab Ray, not all Neopet species are available, either. Whether Draiks or Krawks are one of those species, well, the world may never know...

Thanks for posting man,eventhoug its really vague because they went around the bush..but anyways,Im not a fan of draiks anyway so I don't really care:P
