Those are given to your pet it's just neopets.com/~(petname). How to configure, i'm not so sure

like this

(obviously this isn't my account)

Account->control panel->pet description
You have to put html codes. It's a lot of work to get it right

Uh, nice. I was always curious but not enough to search. Maybe I'll try it.

Val's asking how do you get the larger pet image, not the entire lookup.

I'm assuming in your <embed> tag you just change the dimensions.

<embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://images.neopets.com/customise/customNeopetViewer_v33.swf" width="300" height="300" style="undefined" id="CustomNeopetView" name="CustomNeopetView" bgcolor="white" quality="high" scale="showall" menu="false" allowscriptaccess="always" swliveconnect="true" wmode="opaque" flashvars="webServer=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.neopets.com&amp;imageServer=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.neopets.com&amp;gatewayURL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.neopets.com%2Famfphp%2Fgateway.php&amp;pet_name=Goofbally&amp;lang=en">

I'm sorry, I'm wrong. It's this line in the CSS of your pet description.

#CustomNeopetView{height:500px;width:500px}

And oh, doublefuck. Somebody already linked to an answer.
