Well the a, b and c shops you can find in any Restocking guide anywhere. It's the intermediates that really matter. Look at the item DB and see which shops look like they'll have good profits, then just semi-legit RS for a while.

When I use Abrosia, I set my "spend x amount of minutes in each store" based on which stores. I don't just put all the profitable shops.

One day I'll do just the super high profit never restock shops, so I'll put x = 60
The next day I want a full shop, so i'll set my shops to food, book, etc. and set x = 12. etc.

Spending 60 minutes in food is a waste, yet 12 in royal pot is stupid. So it's a good way to compile shops into categories.

Okay, I think I get the jist of it now. So basically, since food restocks (often)? You'd want to spend just 12 minutes there. On the other hand, since Royal Pot restocks less frequently, so you'd spend 60 there?

But then, one more thing I don't understand is why spend so little time in Food? If it restocks often, wouldn't you want to catch all the restocks, and thus spend just as long in food as royal pot?

What's the point of changing shops again? It's like people on the freeway who keep changing lanes as soon as their lane goes slow but in the end it all balances out.

Oh I know. I meant for advanced users who can set the time they spend in a shop.

Question though: if I leave it blank even as an advanced, will it switch shops after a restock as well?

What are we leaving blank? If it's time to spend in a shop, that would be odd as you can't spend 0 time in a shop?

For people who like to diversify, it makes sense to get out of a shop that just restocked. Chances are it won't stock again in the next few minutes, so it's better to go to a shop that MAY.

Yeah that, how long to spend in a shop. For non-advanced useres, Abrosia just jumps to another shop when a restock occurs. I was just wondering if there was a way for advanced to simulate that

It's always done that for me... and I've always been Advanced. If you pay attention now to the way the numbers go, you should see it in action.

While searching for a restock, the refresh counter will tell you how long until a shop switch (175/300 or whatever)

Once it gets a buy, it changes to no counter.

After a short while of refreshing to try to catch an additional restock, it will change shops.

I think i understand what you are saying, you can just put multiple shops in the visit thing, and abrosia will spend X time in a shop and then switch or switch if a restock occurs before then.

I use manual lists though, and I still have a counter at the bottom. Why would that be? :o

It still tries to switch shops, but as there's only one to visit, it's kind of a moot point.

Ah, I see. Never really paid much attention to that. Never even really noticed it. :p

But since we're here anyway, is it always a predetermined number based on how long you set it to stay in a shop for, for Advanced Members? Like if say you wanted it to spend exactly 1 hour in shop ID 999, and refresh rates of 10-14, does it take the average of the refresh rates and divide the time you want to spend in shop 999 by that number? Or is it just a randomly generated number? O_o

It changes in real time based on refresh rates and time spent in each shop.
