I got pretty good luck when I RS'ed at 4:30 AM NST, but that's because I go just before I go to uni (6:30 here). Maybe there's just a lot of competition

K, so I don't get it So is it every seven minutes, or twice an hour?

I don't get it much either. So far it seems as though:

It restocks RIGHT after each minute (when it does restock)

And it restocks at LEAST 7 minutes after the one previous.

It seems to also restock 2-3 times per hour usually.

16 items per day isnt bad either

2:45 PM - NST. Just restocked. Absolutely nothing good though.

It's 10 items a day max, and it's 7 minute pends, not every 7 minutes. That means if it was to restock at 3:15 NST, the next time IT MIGHT restock would be at 3:22 NST, then 3:29 NST, then 3:36 NST... etc etc. It looks like 2 - 3 restocks per hour as mentioned too. That cleared it up? If you know the legit Kad feeding method, it would be a bit easier to understand...

Ok, from my vids yesterday the times of restock were at:

11:20 54 seconds
12:09 54 seconds
12:23 54 seconds
12:58 55 seconds
1:26 55 seconds

Those were all the exact times of restock when I was doing this yesterday (as given by my vids)

Now that I look at those times, they do follow the 7 minute pend pretty well...

The boards are pretty adamant that it's just one after the second. To be safe, just RF 30 seconds before the minute, and 30 after

It's just basically a ploy for people who've quit Neopets.. to come back. They must've realised that most players who've quit are in the 3year+ range.

It doesn't work UNLESS it is exactly 3 years. As I said, mine needs only 4 days to hit the 3 year mark and I STILL can't go in. I'm pretty sure it is meant for 36 months + only.

Ah, ok thanks for the info. I wonder though in that last restock how many items were seen, there was always ubs and quite a few in my vids, so I don't understand why it'd be any different except for the fact that a crap load of people are probably just camping there now waiting so all the items get taken even faster...
