Rofl the altador cup one (for the staff tornie) is easier to get, all you gotta do is select who you think is gunna win. Sort of like the Daily Dare Staff Tournament avi. The wishing well does look nice but so far I myself have no clue how to get it and so far that I know of nobody else does either.

It doesn't say it's not to do with donating NP, it could be a specific amount you have to donate or something.

Actually to me it does confirm that it does include the well. "While you are figuring it out." makes it seem like we're on the right track. If we weren't I believe it would say "While you are trying to figure it out." instead...

Hmmm a few things to note
-Nothing about wishing for avatar
-Getting a wish granted
Well from the amount of people obtaining items containing 'Avatar' in the wishes and have not gotten the avatar tells us that it has got nothing to do with it
Possible Stuff
-Wishing with a certain number of neopoints
-Wishing with certain items in inventory
-Randomly gotten after getting wish granted
-Wishing for a thing with a certain amount of NP

Adds to the prestige of it if it isn't easily obtainable. As a lurker by nature, I'll wait tell there is a tested guide up before I bother getting it (if I bother then)
