What would everyone say the best settings are? Also is there any way I can get it to stop waiting 5 seconds after buying an item? not completely just lower the time slightly.

you can't adjust the 5second after buying since its built into neopets itself it prevents you from buying for 5second after buying an item. As for best settings its dependent on store and trial and error
