So I have set up my main account; Ziotsky.
I had the confirmation sent to my email, with the valid ID number and everything. I typed those in to confirm my account but it gives me a 'Board Message' saying that there was an error and it did not work. So I read my email, and it said that my account may have been deleted, or erased. So I made this account.
I did the same thing with this, only my Valid ID number and everything were not working.
So now I can't validate my account. And I have the Neopoints generator on my desktop, but when I open that, it says that windows has stopped working for the program. Is this because my account is not validated?
What do I do?

Both of your accounts are validated. Can you try this:

I found a bypass to the problem until a solution is found for the "Program has stopped working" bug.

When you start the NeoCodex program enter your login information then stop.
What your going to do is click the login button and then immediately click the top of the window and hold it like you was going to drag the window.
Once the NeoCodex program says authentication complete at the bottom release the window.

I no longer get the "Program has stopped working" if I do this.

Hope it helps you guys out.

It works, but then it asks me to log in again.
To here, or in the window?

Hold the title bar of the window (the Codex Checks window).

BTW: I need to get rid of one of your accounts by the way (you can't have two), so which one do you want to keep? :p

I guess I'll keep this one.
But still, when it says I need to log in again, what do I do?

Which section are you talking about? Can you screenshot it to show us?

After you've logged in on the program with your Neocodex details the next login should be your Neopets account.

If you have a look in the Settings menu I think there should be a place to log in.

    I'm so oblivious. Thank you!
So now I'm logged in and I just wait?

Yep just let it run through and stay off the Neopets site until it's finished (so it doesn't get logged out).
