I'm sorry if this has been asked/answered, I tried looking but couldn't find anything. I tried using the settings that you have on the original post but I kept getting the error message of how some setting were for advanced members only, so I put my settings back to default, was that the right thing to do. I understand the concept of Abrosia, just perhaps not the technical aspects of what it is I should be putting my settings on. Or something like that. This kind of stuff is way beyond me, ask me to recite Shakespeare or sing an opera and then we're more in my wheelhouse. So if there is someone on here who'd like to walk me through all of this, I'd super appreciate it, if not well que sera, sera, and I'll figure it out eventually.

Yes, that sounds right. Did it work after you had done so? There is an Error guide here and an abrosia FAQ here... i hope these help

I think I am maybe just worrying but I dont know...my gut feeling tells me maybe my Abrosia is glitching lately? I have left Abrosia AB'ing for 6 hours today, yup 6, only because it never bought one item, nor even attempted to fail at buying one. I mean maybe I was just extremely unlucky, but this seems extremely odd. Whenever I used AB'ers in the past I got at least 3-5 items a day, from the stamp shop to the toy shop or anywhere.

 

ABed in Stamps, Magical Books, and Collectable coins for yeah a total of 6-7 hours today. *I have been using manual lists and so when I was abing it was in one shop at a time. After around 4 hours of nothing I decided to do a little experiment, I went to the neopian pharmacy and saw there were a bunch of neggitus injections, so I went to Abrosia's main shop settings and manually put in pharmacy and manually typed in neggitus injection as the only item on the ab list for pharmacy. 2 seconds later Abrosia autobought the injection....so I guess I am just being paranoid and I was just extremely unlucky today?

 

Also yesterday i ab'ed for 3 hours and grabbed no items as well. Haha maybe I am just overthinking this, but I wanna start making some nice profits

It sort of sounds as though nothing on your list stocked, since you were able to put in a list for the pharmacy and have it buy the item. The higher the profit on your list is, the less items there are on it, so you may have to wait a while before seeing any of the items on your list.

it has now been 2 full days without abrosia even attempting to buy an item..all my settings are correct and I have a manual list inserted for shop 58 (stamps). in those 2 days I have AB'ed for a total of 9 hours, I kept going because it did not buy an item. I have used autobuyers many years ago and I always grabbed an item every 30 minutes, I even tested this and went into the food shop and collectable coins and still nothing. this is getting pretty frustrating

Try other shops! Stamps is super competitive. Try a lower key shop like food or book.

i was in food for 2 hours and book for 1, no item even attempted bought. I can now confirm that my abrosia is glitched and not sure if others are having the same error..because i just downloaded valor suite and it literally attempted to buy a Hot Dog Hero Stamp literally within the first minute of me starting the Main Shop Auto Buyer.

What are your approximate profit margins on your list? And where are you getting your lists?

 

it attempted 2 items recently and bought 1, I think it is because my refresh rate was 10 to 13 seconds, plus I was in stamp for the majority of the time. abrosia is pretty awesome though so if it keeps working well ill get advanced

Advanced is nice to have but I use the settings for poor people and still manage to get a lot of things and earn NPs. 

 

Using lists is of course essential.

I am using advanced now and getting buytimes of 4000-9000ms, testing on items that people never buy in the shops. can anyone help me out?

Fun fact: I wrote most of this guide on the day before a Constitutional Law final, which may or may not had a effect on the final outcome. I will say thank you for this extensive review was cool to look at even though it was 7 years ago lol just going to be messing around with this trying things out never auto bought before and haven't played in years besides checking on my stocks periodically. Here's to suiciding my 15.5 year old account lol wish me luck

hey Scot your first post is amazing, just wondering, when you said your sweet spot was leaving the autobuyer on for 6 hours a day, what breaks did you take? like did you ever autobuy for an hour straight or did you do it in 30 minute intervals?
