Is there a way to make my neopet lose some levels? Like a negg or something. Count von roo raised it to 21 and that's one too many, so I'd need at least one level less so I can train more effectively. Thanks.

No I think You shldn't have rolled that dice if you wanted your pet's level not to increase
The only way now is doing Von Roo... The lab ray is a lil risky...

Count and lab are the most reliable ways to lose levels. Lab usually takes away levels. And count its like 50/50 i think.

Nevermind, I got frozen for "cheating on the flash games", which is weird since I never got a score high enough to be reviewed. Anyways, I don't think I'll be playing anymore.

Yep, just the one. It probably has to do with me forgetting to update the encryption one time for the SS.
