im trying to recover the password on my old account because it had over 10million neopoints on it and everytime i try to recover it says the password is on its way but it never shows up in my inbox

i promise its not in my spam folder and ive tried entering other emails and it wont send so im pretty sure im using the right one

Yep, either spam folder, they're on the wrong email or somebody has cracked their account if they used a stupid password. I think those cover pretty much everything.

i know its not in spam ive used the search email and ive manually gone through every email in the spam folder and at the recover password screen it asks you to put your email in if you put any email in it says wrong email or account and when i use this email it always sends and i know its the one i made the account on it just doesnt show up

You could always try emailing a TNT member to get them to reset it as long as you can prove it's your account.

They only suggestion i can think of is to send neopets an email or report from from the site regarding the email that doesn't accept neopets mails and tell them that your now ok to receive them. Hopefully that should work

yea i did i sent one in a few days ago and didnt get a reply but im not expecting one for at least a week

Your email server must suck. Its an automated form that send the password out. If your email host isnt accepting the email, then your not going to get it. Some stupid (STUPID) email hosts will "automatically" filter spam without letting you choose if you want it.
