We run an Item Database and it links people to shops which have the lowest prices for the items the person has looked up, that's it.

It's not, and contacting the Staff won't do anything for you either, they probably didn't even know about the Google link nor do I think they even cared.

We would if we could, just to mess with you, but that's not humanly possible...I'm sure neopets hasn't programmed anything like the ability to insert actual cheats into your shop.

You might as well cheat now...Neopets knows your username, and that you are a member of a cheating forum...So do it up.

You crack me up. For the last time, its similar to the neo jelly database. Just shows what users have the cheapest items... it helps with faerie quests, etc.

I can't believe you are "scared" about that. Any user at any time may be listed in the database; it doesn't mean they cheat. If you don't want any chance of showing up, don't price cheap items in your shop or don't stock your shop at all.

Are you positive your data base only does price searches and doesn't put any scams or cookie grabbing info into the shop.I never seen my shop linked to this before.

I even changed my info after I clicked on it.Because I was afraid someone would get my account.I'm a bit o a paranoid freak, because I worked too hard on my account to get iced because someone thinks its alright to put bots or something into my shop.


What concerned me was that the site wasn't a neopets link, so it kind of made it look like a cookie grabbing link.That's what I'm worried about.I'm not worried about cheating, because I don't cheat, so doesn't worry me.

Yes I'm positive, I've watched the database be created and I also know the staff here wouldn't do anything that would involve stealing the information of Neopets users, the Database is only there to help people out.

I don't feel comfortable that it puts that link in here, cause its not a neopets link and it makes it look like a cookie grabber. I don't even want this account, I created this to figure out why my shop was there.

I mean, I don't mind Jellyneo's item database, because their not a cheat site, you guys are and I stay away from cheating.Its not fair.

I contacted neopets, because I don't want them thinking I'm cheating, because I don't.

This is not a cheating site. This site is for people who understand how to use a computer properly, and choose to use it as it was intended to use. We do not cheat/hack in any way, everything that we do on this site, you can do the same. We are just simply smarter, and choose to have our computer do it for us, as it was designed to do.

Now, as for you complaining that we are linking to your shop. You should stop now. The link to your shop has our name in it, because we remove all referrers from the link so Neopets cannot know that someone visited the shop from here. This protects our members, and you. All that you receive is the added benefit of people buying things from your shop because it is cheaper.

We cannot access your account just by visiting your shop. We cannot put a cger in your shop just by linking to it. We cannot get your account frozen simply by linking to it. Everything is done 100% automatically, if your shop is on the shop wizard, it will be in our database. All that we do is make sure that if you are the lowest, you are seen first. Always.

And lastly. You have no right to demand that we remove your shop link from our website. TNT owns that web page, not you. You have no copyright materials on that page, and the link in question is actually a Neocodex link, and redirects the user to another page, meaning that nothing contained in it belongs to anyone but Neocodex. Please do not come here demanding that we do things that we do not have to do, as someone who has no right to make those claims.

Just be glad we are nice enough to not ridicule and harass you over this.

We also serve a very large legit audience with our Items Database, which we run to help out Neopets players of all flavors. With regard to the specific complaint, because you are not a legal representative of Neopets.com or Viacom, we are not required to comply with your request (since Neopets gives website owners permission to link to any subpages that exist on their servers), and we're confident that the staff at Neopets would come to this conclusion were they to review this, since fan sites do it all the time.

However, since you are upset with the way our automated system collects shop names (which help legit users find the lowest prices of items on Neopia), I have removed the link that was on the page. However, because the system adds shop owners of items to our database at random, we have no control over whether or not it will re-appear, although the chance of this happening is extremely slim. We hope you're satisfied with our actions, and your username shouldn't be showing up on Google anymore if that's what you're worried about.

Well if you read the message I sent you, everything's been fixed up and Google should make your account disappear in its listings over the next couple days.

Sorry for accusing you guys of adding CG to my shop.I just got in a panic mode, because I hate when people add CG to their shops.I don't even shop anymore on neopets. I always reject faerie quests.
