I start up NP again recently after years off to fulfill my dream of a PIrate Krawk pet.
My account is 7 1/2 years old.
I start off legit, then start ABing and using the money generator thing.

So, one day after using the money generator, I go to my bank and see that 550k or so is gone - but nothing else is touched. A few minutes later, I get frozen and it says its because of suspicious activity and for my own safety. Someone said that I have a good chance of getting my account back. So, I file a ticket but it has been over a week and I haven't gotten an email notification about it yet.

So I go back to the contact page, click on "My Support" tab and it forces me to log back in... so I do on another account. I enter in my ticket number and it tells me that I'm not authorized to view the ticket... WTF?!?!?
If I do it while not logged in, it prompts me to log in. If I log in as my frozen account, it shows me the frozen message and I can't do anything.

I provided tons of details about my account in my ticket too.

So, FUCK you TNT you fucking faggots.

I sent in another ticket for my frozen account, also frozen for my own protection. This is nuts they take fucking forever to accomplish anything, IF they even do anything. .__.

One of my olddddddddd accounts I self-froze because I accidentally bid 100k more on a black frost cannon then it was worth (gotta love being a noob), thinking TNT would just unfreeze me in a couple weeks. I provided all the details etc etc. After about 6 months I just gave up. By the time I gave up, BFC had inflated to around the same price that I would have bought it at.

More recently I accidentally my password ON MY LEGIT ACCOUNT and after a month of talking to idiots I just gave up.

I think everyone here has stories like this

In regards to response tickets, you gotta understand that they probably have over 100,000+ tickets submitted each day, and users resubmitting the same ticket over again, of course their response time is going to be slow... but I do agree that TNT has taken some things a little to far as far as I am concerned. They need to open their minds and let some people have fun.

Are you joking? Neopets is lucky to procure even 30k users during peak hours, I really doubt enough users give a shit enough to submit over "100k tickets a day".

How can you tell how many users are on Neopets at any given time?

    that is considered pretty fast.
it took them 4 months on my last account about 2 years ago.
And all that wait to say they cant give my account back.

I'd point out that other games with more players, for example World of Warcraft, will get back to you in 3-5 days tops.

Well don't be so confident. Most people here have already been frozen at least once by the tyrannian TNT.

Once my account is frozen, I won't even bother. I /never/ got one single account back. Even unfairly frozen ones. Ugh.

Very few people get accounts unfrozen. I don't know why they bother submitting anything >_<
