I know someone mentioned boobie bracelets, but seriously - teenagers are all wearing these rubber band things that have different shapes...

And I've seen all kinds of teens wearing this shit - emo ~edgy~ kids, cheerleaders, and fat farm girl kids.

There are just too many resources available for people to access their choice of media that it's difficult to tell what's "IN". I keep up with a lot of celebrity gossip, and even I couldn't tell you what's big with people. All I can tell you is Mel Gibson is cray cray.

Lol what the hell is that. Are people actually wearing that?
I don't really know what's "hip" with the younger generation (12 - 17) but it's probably stupid. All I know is Justin Bieber and Twatlight, they go crazy for that kind of shit.

Theres nothing wrong with being a fat farm girl mkay?
And this topic made me lol. Hydro you sound so old! Kids are more or less still the same, and probably allways will be, everything is about friends, friends who hate other friends, girls/boys, having sex for the first time, underage drinking and looking cute.
(more or less)
Other than that I think its just fads and shit that will pass pretty quickly, xbox is allways a winner tho.

Dressing really slutty for school seems to be a huge college fad right now.
That's been a fad since they figured out sex sells and women figured out teasing men is fun. Then again I guess it's not a fad if it's been there that long.

Bullshit. People dress really slutty to go out/ go to the bars. They come to class hungover, so they come to class in sweatpants and hoodies.

I keep finding these hidden everywhere when I'm with friends, in the car, under a mag on the coffee table, on top of the microwave, in dvd cases, on door knobs, stuffed in the middle of toilet paper rolls...Needless to say i have randomly stolen some and given them to my cats.
Fuck people, these things were intended for hipster cats. She totally goes batshit for them.

Only happens during finals' week. College women wear a hoe uniform like most of the time.

Till drinking age or smoking age? You can't be cool anymore by doing either once you're of age

The age where I can buy cigarettes. It's not illegal to actually smoke them silly
The whole point of the no buying cigarettes before you're 18 was so you don't smoke them while underage

I barely see "slutty" people out here in bars and clubs, unless you go to the poor/dangerous side of the city. Actually, a lot of people here dress like pretentious hipsters. With their flannel, skinny jeans, ironic beards and whatnot.

Haha, I own two packs of silybandz: glitter dinosaurs and cats...
They're all over my fucking house too, but I won't let the cat play with them because I'm afraid he'll choke.
I think I wore these things for about a week before I lost interest.
For the record, I'm almost 20 years old.
