Maybe I'm not sure where this is. When I go to the 'User Information' the only option I have is to change my password.

AAA also encourages people to buy accounts now.

Because the account is underage I dont think you will get all the options.
If be contacting the seller and asking for a refund/of age account. This information should have been disclosed initially.
I take this as a lesson learned I suppose. So in conclusion, there is no way I can see the birthday it was created with?

it wont give you the exact date, but it's better than nothing...

You can sell it to me if you want xD
Maybe.. are you signed into MSN boggart? I'm using Pidgin so I'm not sure if it's really telling me who's online. I'm sure I sent you a request

Wow...I can't believe someone sold you an underage account. Did they claim it wasn't?
No, they didn't claim it wasn't. I haven't touched Neopets in over a year so I was a little rusty when it came to purchasing accounts and I neglected to even consider the possibility of it being under age. He/She claimed the account was going to turn of age sometime within the next month. Not sure how true that is, but I'll find out.

WTF? I have no idea what that is but it worked! I can't thank you enough!
Did you buy this off a person on neocodex? they should state if the account is under 13, its not your job to ask.
Yes, it was purchased from an active user from these forums. They seemed genuinely sorry after I confronted them about it (no way to tell for sure considering this IS the Internet though). Anyways the account will be of age within the next month so I got off lucky and will take this as a lesson learned.

Okie doke, if you wanted a refund then they should offer you. Hopefully it was a genuine misstake but if you want to let me know who it was and then i can keep a record incase something happens again?
Thanks
