If you use the new login page I get the same thing on any frozen account, even if it previously had a ban reason.

I noticed however that in IE, 9/10 times it has the ban reason written on the page in plain black and white text at the top of the page on the right hand side of the "frozen box" frame

I always found that peculiar, and just assumed it was Chrome's fault.

It could be chrome, I've noticed it doing weird stuff to websites when testing it for a client. Like I had a totally different menu for IE/FF vs chrome in a admin control panel for a site o.O

I use FF and it says the same thing, but it says the reason right beside it

I tried to login to one of my old accounts and it's iced, I got that same message but on the right of it there actually was a reason given. Hope that helps.

I had that happen to me maybe neopets still has their server error from awhile back? I got my account back after 26 days with everything on it

I just had all 3 of my accounts frozen because I cheated on one account.
I'm going to try to get my main back, but if I can't, then I'll have to restart. Should be a lot easier this time though. I played legit for the first two months.

Edit: They just froze another account that I made to use while I wait, and I didn't use any programs on it. Is it possible that I'm IP banned?
