Dear lord. Just have a look at the support topic for Abrosia (linked to from the page you downloaded it from), and give that nifty little search bar a try. The fact that you're even asking this question makes you look as if you haven't tried to find an answer yourself. That's why you're getting these rude responses.

If you still have any questions after thoroughly reading through the suggested threads, and then I'm sure I would be more than happy to help.
