So I have been on other forums today and there seems to be a new way to know the birthday you first entered on neopets.

I have 2 of my personal accounts that would need to be cracked but I simply do not know how to do it yet.

If anyone learns how to do it, I could potentially pay you for the information although just PM'ing how to do it would be very nice of you.

Yes you do. I have the correct password and everything for my accounts but they still require the bdate since i haven't been logged in in forever. I'm trying to get it right now from them. I'm tired of this ticket system. Anyone wanna let me know this "new" way of getting it? o-o

EDIT: I take that back I tried bout a week ago and it wouldn't let me through without my bdate! Whoot! I got my accounts back

OMG TNT I LOVE YOU!!!! I JUST GOT INTO MY 6 1/2 YEAR OLD ACCOUNT THANKS TO THIS NEW "you dont need a bdate" THING!!!!!!! OMFG YAY!!!!!!!!

Lucky. I want to get my 9 1/2 year accounts back, but I type in the username to send the password to my e-mail address and it won't. So I have to go off of previous password requests earlier in the year, but it says it's the incorrect password. Was there some sort of password bug? Or did they change all the passwords?

Got 17 of mine back.
(They are all legit and mine. I only started with programs and such for not even a year now I dont think. These were created throughout my 8 years of playing on neo and I'd create so many cause I'd ALWAYS forget my user names and wouldn't have access to their emails anymore x.x It sucked)
lol, but its weird now having like 20 accounts o.O They're soooo old and I haven't been in them for YEARS!!! THey're so empty too haha

That means the account was deleted then. I got emails bout this "If you don't sign in by bla bla bla date your account will be deleted"
They were cleaning up the site bout a month ago and got rid of some of the more recent unused accounts. All my accounts that I haven't logged into for 2+ years were still accessible. Any under that were gone and deleted. Some of my REALLY old first ones are gone though too. I think its random but I did lose some of my accounts as well unfortunately

That also happens to me. I don't think the account was deleted, because I can still search it and see its lookup.
