Codex Rumble Arena Warlords

Our combatants have bled, sweat, and cried over these last few weeks but nothing could have prepared them for the force they've awakened. The might Warlords have started to rise from their slumber. The greatest of all warriors spread across time and space shall converge on the Battle Nexus to bring their might down upon our contestants. These special combatants shall completely shatter the strict confines our combatants have been relying on to win their battles. There is a 1/6 chance that a Warlord will spawn but a prepared combatant that defeats the Warlord may claim a relic from their victory. These relics are powerful and can turn the tide of battle, even when the combatant faces certain doom.

 

Malek

The first of the Warlords has risen, the Fallen Angel Malek. Malek wields two swords called the Blades of the Fallen, benevolent in design and intent as they can wrench the inner light from one of Light affinity. Malek was cast from the higher realm nearly a millennia prior to the battlegrounds shaken that woke him from his slumber. His brother Nomine had long since warned him that his bloodlust for war would prevent him a peaceful eternity and it would seem that war runs through the veins of Malek as he terrorizes mortals searching for the contestants to test his strength against them.

 

Revas

The ground of a Sentient Planet fissures and arises from the bowels of it's belly comes for Revas the Necromancer. Banished to this living planet by the other demigods it is with great malice that Revas rises from his centuries of slumber to face our combatants. Harnessing the ability to raise the dead, Revas is the defiler of those that have crossed into Hades. Despite the known cases where he has helped rescue those whom he deemed fit to walk amongst the living his great travesties and transgressions taint what was once his soul to the point that he emanates evil. He has left the Sentient Planet for now travelling along the alternate worlds that lay between the dimensions, his path leaving a trail of decay behind him.

 

Artemis

Artemis has long been hunted by bounty hunters from one lonely corner of the stars to the other, their relentless pursuit has resulted in her capture on numerous occasions but she has proven most adept at escaping through various different means or by death. Being among the most mortal of the gods she faces her own mortality and is then reborn, forced to grow of age once more. Her unfortunate cycle is the result of her assassination of the God-King Xi'an, the Vampire Lord. Hades himself rose up from the deepest bellies of the underworld to curse her with mortality and as a final punishment forbids her passage through his gates. Being among the best archers of all time her ability is what reveals her identity life time after life time and eon by eon. She was last seen fighting a group of bounty hunters hoping to claim the latest bounty set on her head. The wanted message stated to bring her in Dead or Alive.
