I'm upgrading the site software to use the latest versions. I don't expect any issues but do let meknow if you notice any.

    Mostly maintenance fixes. It's a minor version change so no new features in this one. IP.Board 4.0 is on the horizon though. That will bring some major changes. We're going to need to evaluate how to get our applications upgraded.
