Just made a hail mary attempt to Neo Support to unfreeze my main that I lost years ago. Hope everyone is doing well.

No dice so far. I sent the email the 19th and don't even have a ticket number. I made this side account 2 years ago, and originally sent in a support email back then. They haven't answered either one. I think my account got frozen back when we could generate keyquest tokens, although I was frozen "for my protection."
