Is Roo Island ready to be added to plot tracking? or am I barking up the wrong tree xD

The way I see it: If the Roo Island forum doesn't need frequent updates nor a guide to accomplish any task, then it doesn't need to be plot-tracked. I do, however see your point with it being added to plot-tracking.

its boring and has no point, nobody really cares exept the prizes. Plots are enjoyable and there is a competition between each user, which makes them fun.
