So TNT froze my sisters main a couple of weeks ago, charged her for another month of premium last week and are now getting bitchy with her for asking for a refund. Asshats.

    File a complain with your international affairs ministry. Companies from other countries scamming people is a bad thing.

    Cript: It very clearly says in the FAQ that you need to cancel the service on your own if you've been frozen. It's not TNT's fault.
